Gently simmered, the blackberries are brought to a boil. The juice and fruit are then transferred into our fruit press, where they are slowly squeezed to extract the juice from the fruit.
Tiptree jellies, in addition to being delicious spreads, make excellent condiments and are indispensable ingredients for certain sauces and glazes.
The ingredients of these jellies are Blackberry Juice, Sugar, and Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin. They are gluten-free, made in a nut-free factory, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Each jar contains 12 ounces of this delightful preserve.
Since 1757, the Wilkin family has been farming in Tiptree, Essex, and making quality preserves since 1885. The majority of the fruit used in Tiptree jars is grown on their own farm, ensuring that the fruit is hand-picked with care at the most optimal time.
